Designated West Palm Beach's 18th historic neighborhood last year, Sunshine Park will be doing its first home tour, the "Sunday Stroll," on Sunday, March 12.

Nestled between West Palm Beach’s historic Flamingo Park and El Cid neighborhoods, Sunshine Park attained identical standing very last calendar year when it was specified West Palm Beach’s 18th historic community in June 2022.

With 130 households, this “concealed gem” was founded in 1920 by pioneer Realtor, developer and winner swimmer Edward U. Roddy.
